I’m sitting on a mat here at the gym bawling my eyes out. I’ve tried to write about five different blogs lately and none of them were witty or funny or anything. I’m so freaking sad. We moved here four months ago and I love our church and the people there, but I feel so lonely. I have very few friends here and don’t know how to express to them how or why I feel the way I’m feeling because most of them go to my church.
The last time I experienced this, I completely gave up my faith. I know I’m stronger than I was then, but boy does it still suck so bad. I hate this feeling. I know a lot of people reading this are feeling the same thing. I’m here to say, I know what you’re feeling and don’t give up! It’s stupid and ridiculous that sin even exists in the world and causes us to feel this way, but it’s apart of life and we have to learn to adapt. Find a Christian counselor (I see one every two weeks), find hobbies and things that help you push through (that’s why I’m at the gym right now), do what it takes to bring you out.
One of my favorite quotes from a Beth Moore book is “Some things were meant to be accepted. A pit is not one of them. Quit trying to make the best of it. It’s time to get out.”

I am praying for you! I also very much understand how you feel. I still feel that way a lot of times and we have been at our church for almost two years now! Its difficult to feel that way, when you're everyone's Pastor's wife its hard to be anyones friend, honestly. I'll be praying that God will send someone your way that can be a friend to you, and not to be your church member!
I also wasn't sure if I mentioned this or not, but I started a small Ministry Wives blogroll a few years ago, and although there aren't many on there, its nice to have a few blogs to read that are ministers wives! If …
